Rules and Regulations
Greenscape Eco Resort management will highly appreciate your collaboration in abiding by these rules and regulations, whose aim is to ensure peaceful and safe stay for our Guests. Please read our basic rules for accommodation carefully found below:
1. Upon arrival, the guest must provide the receptionist with identity card or passport (foreigner) or other personal identity document.
2. Check-in time is 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 12.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please take into account that early check-in and late check-out can be provided subject to the availability of vacant rooms.
3. Guests must be 18 years to reserve a room.
4. At the check in time, guests have to pay the total amount of their stay.
5. Payment for accommodation can be made by cash and BKash.
6. A security deposit of BDT 500 CASH is required to make an individual room reservation. However, this deposit is refundable provided there are no lost or damaged items from the room occupied during your stay.
7. All rooms can accommodate up to 2 peoples, children aged 0-12 years old stay free of charge (1 room must have a maximum of 2 children) if over 12 years the guest have to pay BDT 500 is charged.
8. The hotel guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the paid period has not yet expired.
9. Do not change the room or add more person in the room without prior notice to the reception.
10. If the guest breaks their stay, money will not be refunded.
11. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel room. Violation of the prohibition is subject to a fine/cleaning fee a fine of BDT 2,000 applies in case of failure to comply. Designated smoking areas outside the room are available.
12. Hotel is not responsible for guest’s valuables.
13. Guests must return the keys when checking out. if lost, guests will be charged BDT 500.
14. Pets are not allowed in Greenscape Eco Resort.
15. The Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. The guest will be responsible for the cost according to the value specified by us.
16. Personal belongings left by guests in the hotel room upon leaving, the Hotel shall immediately notify the owner if known. If no instructions are left, belongings will be stored by the hotel for 1 months only and destroyed thereafter without any compensation or refund.
17. All personal information furnished by the guests concerning their transactions with the hotel shall be held private and confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except to the extent required by law.
18. The management reserves the right to alter or amend the above Rules and Regulations without any prior notice.
Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these rules. In event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the hotel has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
