Upon arrival, the guest must provide the receptionist with identity card or passport (foreigner) or other personal identity document. 2 . Check-in time is 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 12.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please take into account that early check-in and late check-out can be provided subject to the availability of vacant rooms. 3 . Guests must be 18 years to reserve a room. 4 . At the check in time, guests have to pay the total amount of their stay. 5 . Payment for accommodation can be made by cash and BKash. 6 . A security deposit of BDT 500 CASH is required to make an individual room reservation. However, this deposit is refundable provided there are no lost or damaged items from the room occupied during your stay. 7 . All rooms can accommodate up to 2 peoples, children aged 0-12 years old stay free of charge (1 room must have a maximum of 2 children) if over 12 years the guest have to pay BDT 500 is charged. 8 . Guest Stories Patrick Séré, an elderly gentleman, Grand Seigneur by appearance you might say, is a seasoned traveller who has seen many parts of the world. Being born in former French Africa, now Senegal, he had spent his youth there, then moved with his parents via France to New York. After a career as importer of fine vines, he chose New Jersey for this retirement home and base in order to continue discovering quiet, traditional places – such as the Greenscape Nature Resort. Q: Why come to Bangladesh? A: Because nobody seems to know it, at least in the US. I wanted to see the Brahmaputra River with Mymensingh as the center area, then I found Greenscape, a sanctuary I’ve been looking for. A rural beauty with good food and friendly staff.
